Candidates must possess Omni channel implementation experience, knowledge of Live agent, Entire case management and case warming approaches, Case load balancing issue and solution handlings, CTI and telephony implmentation, Workforce management, and a basic understanding of Einstein. It is preferred that candidates have advanced Einstein experience, enhance client, support user and end client experience, and have intercommunication skills with architects of other teams.
The Service Cloud Architect will be responsible for implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni channel, Live agent, and case management functionalities. They will also handle case load balancing issues, implement CTI and telephony integrations, manage workforce management, and provide expertise on Einstein. Furthermore, the architect will integrate Salesforce with other systems, propose solutions, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and architectural limitations.
