Responsibilities

Planning, optimization, and production of high-quality, conversion-focused SEO blog content utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale without compromising standards or conversion potential
Develop a long-term strategically aligned plan for the locale that meets or exceeds forecasted impact
Support regional lead by contributing to strategy and opportunities for the wider region, including scalable AI-powered content solutions or process improvements
Own and share meaningful insights about BAU content performance and growth initiatives/projects
Keep up to date with industry news, AI landscape, SEO insights, and proactively bring suggestions and ideas to test or action
Independently discover, lead, and validate growth projects beyond BAU content production with regional/global impact, focusing on AI-enhanced processes
Work with regional lead to identify growth opportunities for locale(s)/wider APAC region
Identify and develop deeper skills in SEO combined with advanced AI tooling for content operations
Meet core KPIs: Production (content delivered against plan), Performance (new customers, registrations, customer value), SEO metrics (organic traffic growth, new SERP features), Quality & AI impact (measurable improvements in content production)
