Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients, presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within client portfolio
  • Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism, focusing on client success
  • Collaborate closely with SEO Specialists to develop and execute effective SEO strategies tailored to each client's goals
  • Leverage understanding of SEO principles to guide team and ensure impactful deliverables
  • Analyze performance data and identify trends to inform strategy adjustments and client recommendations
  • Act as an internal expert, providing guidance and support to the team
  • Manage a pod of strategists and editors, providing guidance and fostering their professional development
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Growth Engineers, Specialists, and Editors to ensure seamless project execution
