5+ years of experience in custom WordPress development, including theme and plugin creation
Deep knowledge of the WordPress core, action hooks, and filters
Custom Gutenberg Block development experience
Demonstrated ability to build fully responsive and accessible web experiences
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS or React
Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proven ability to implement and manage API integrations, specifically with CRM platforms (like Salesforce) or complex e-commerce platforms
Expertise in Core Web Vitals (CWV) optimization
Expertise in WordPress security best practices and hardening

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex, custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks to ensure superior Core Web Vitals (CWV) performance
Architect and implement complex, bi-directional integrations with third-party systems
Build high-conversion dynamic websites and landing pages
Write clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant HTML and CSS (SASS/LESS)
Design and manage modern deployment workflows, including Git version control, Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
Implement and manage critical digital marketing and analytics tools
Ensure all websites meet strict WCAG accessibility standards and comply with on-page SEO best practices
Lead the development of custom, high-performance, and scalable digital experiences
