Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for high-impact areas of carta.com—from research and concepting to polished interactive experiences
  • Translate user needs and business objectives into clear, intuitive design solutions
  • Develop and evolve a scalable design system for carta.com that aligns with Carta’s broader brand and product ecosystem
  • Partner with web strategists, developers, the Brand & Creative team and other marketers to launch pages and features that are user-friendly, engaging, and that both convert and inspire
  • Conceive and design interactive components (calculators, dashboards, personalization elements, data visualizations) that drive engagement
  • Design AI-integrated web experiences that combine Carta’s proprietary data and modern interaction models (e.g., conversational interfaces, predictive personalization, smart calculators)
  • Conduct UX reviews and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions
  • Stay ahead of design and UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve Carta’s digital presence
