Responsibilities

  • Leading the Nike Direct visual merchandising strategy and creating engaging visual merchandising experiences
  • Collaborating closely with the Retail Brand team, visual merchandising team members in the Geo, stores, partners, and third-party agencies, as well as cross-functional teams in Korea (Retail Marketing, Brand Management, Nike Direct Stores, Merchandising, and Store Construction)
  • Developing seasonal Visual Merchandising strategy directions for In-line stores (8-10 times a year)
  • Creating strategic planograms and overseeing seasonal execution and store opening processes
  • Leading the development of both seasonal and non-seasonal visual merchandising plans based on VM directives
  • Providing guidance to ensure successful implementation of visual merchandising plans across Korea
  • Leading the planning and execution of seasonal and year-round visual merchandising based on Global/Geo Visual Merchandising directives
  • Overseeing store opening projects from initial planning through to execution
  • Deep partnership with Retail Brand team in the development of seasonal plans
  • Creating seasonal and year-round visual merchandising and styling toolkits and providing training
  • Reporting on visual merchandising projects to the World Headquarters (WHQ)
  • Managing visual merchandising related materials and operation works (e.g., mannequins and props), including the purchase order process
