Requirements

Responsibilities

Participate in the end-to-end process from ideation and UX research through development hand-off for production-ready designs
Translate business requirements from Aha! / Azure DevOps into design solutions in Figma
Support existing digital applications while enhancing user experience
Provide and facilitate design thinking activities to support digital solutions
Support Equipment Management space, including VisionLink and Energy Management (Electrification)
