Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture for complex systems, including multi-step user flows and detailed administrative features
  • Apply deep Information Architecture (IA) principles to structure complex data and navigation, ensuring seamless transitions between our core systems
  • Apply task-centered analysis to understand and optimize existing administrative workflows for maximum efficiency and minimum user cognitive load
  • Create elegant design solutions to resolve user/customer/stakeholder challenges
  • Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams within our Dual-Track Agile environment to vet solutions for technical feasibility and compliance
  • Determine success metrics (UX KPIs) such as task completion rates and error reduction and measure them post-launch
  • Design user flows, detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are robust enough to handle complex conditional logic
