Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or related technical field
5 - 8 years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout
Portfolio of UX projects to illustrate applied experience
Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and comprehensive state coverage across complex interfaces
Skilled in no-code or low-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, or internal builder platforms; understands modular design translating into reusable, configurable UI systems
Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization
Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy
Experience with design tools including, but not limited to, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design
Enterprise product design experience and designing web-based applications
Experience leading a team
Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG)
Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with other team members across the R&D organization, product managers, and senior management
Experience working in agile environments and delivering at pace within sprint cycles
Data-informed and passionate about understanding user behavior
Curious about emerging AI trends that can enhance the design process

Responsibilities

Assist with all UX responsibilities under the oversight of a Principal UX Designer
Translate research findings into actionable design solutions
Run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly
Present design rationale and lead design reviews
Maintain high standards for design quality and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG)
Work in agile environments and deliver at pace within sprint cycles
