Responsibilities

The Senior UX/Design Engineer will implement pixel-perfect UI components and user experiences that align with design specifications and brand guidelines, develop and maintain a robust design system library, ensuring consistency and scalability across all Ondo web applications, collaborate with designers and product managers to translate high-fidelity designs into responsive, performant, and accessible web interfaces, enhance UI with animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to improve usability and engagement, optimize front-end code for performance and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers, work closely with front-end engineers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in front-end development, design trends, and interaction design best practices, and participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of design excellence and technical quality.
