Requirements

4+ years of experience in a treasury role
Direct experience with American and Canadian banking systems preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics GP is considered a plus
Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers
Ability to effectively communicate in order to ensure accurate cost and expense reporting
Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills

Responsibilities

Supports the development and maintenance process and procedures pertaining to Treasury Operations
Focuses on cash management services, payment and liquidity services
Assists with monitoring and managing company's daily cash position
Maintains the cash management functions, including cash pooling structures
Coordinates the month-end bank reconciliation activities
Performs daily audits on the stores cash operations, to identify and analyze any discrepancies in sales collection
Assists with day-to-day Treasury related tasks and investigation and resolution of queries coming from both the stores and corporate departments
Assists with development and implementation of Treasury SOPs, policies, operational controls and standards
Assists the department in fulfilling all regulatory requirements and related reporting
Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
Reconciles fixed asset register to actual cashouts
Supports the execution of all treasury activities for the setup of new stores and locations
Performs regular review of all bank accounts to ensure accuracy
Performs other duties as assigned
