Candidates need middle technical education (MBO) with at least 2 years of working experience or a bachelor’s degree (HBO) graduate in a technical domain like mechanics, mechatronics, systems & control, electronics, or applied physics. Knowledge of mechanical and/or electronics engineering is required, along with ability to analyze physics, mechanics, and software data.
The role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills using product documentation, flowcharts, and drawings, quality focus, ability to take initiative and ownership, self-sufficiency, flexibility, and a positive attitude driven by hands-on work.
The position is full-time with a standard Monday-Friday schedule in a cleanroom environment. Candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance.
