The role is onsite in Stryker’s Instruments Test Lab.
A Bachelor of Science degree is required (preference for Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology), minimum 2 years of relevant experience, basic understanding of testing and laboratory practices, and proficient use of common laboratory test equipment. Preferred skills include effective interpersonal communication, mechanical/electrical/software problem-solving, and comfort speaking in front of groups.
You will be a member of the Test Lab Team, acting as the primary technical point of contact with the Product Development team, and may coordinate other lab staff including on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Strong candidates will have a BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years experience, proficiency in lab equipment and testing practices, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities in mechanical, electrical, or software areas.
