Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 4+ years of relevant work experience in software development, experience working with embedded systems, particularly networking technologies like Ethernet, WiFi, and Bluetooth, proficiency in Linux environments, and experience using source control systems such as Git and Perforce.
The Senior Test and Automation Developer will develop and extend test strategies to guarantee the highest level of quality from both functional and performance perspectives, design and develop software that automates the verification of all DriveOS components, collaborate with multiple teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of DriveOS, analyze and root-cause issues down to the code level, leading the defect fixing process, and providing effective fixes, and contribute to the overall verification strategy for DriveOS.
