  • Technical depth to understand complex systems (SDKs, APIs, platform architectures) and engage credibly with engineering teams without requiring production coding skills
  • Experience influencing without authority in matrix organizations, establishing standards adopted across multi-team environments, and leading through technical expertise

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational execution of documentation strategy, crafting and maintaining information architecture for the entire Omniverse documentation ecosystem serving 400+ engineers
  • Establish documentation quality standards, style guides, and guidelines based on industry expertise and modern DocOps methodologies
  • Build content models and patterns optimized for both developer consumption and AI readiness, structuring documentation for LLM integration and future agent capabilities
  • Mentor documentation team on information architecture, content strategy, and modern documentation practices while encouraging craft excellence
  • Make strategic decisions on documentation tooling, infrastructure, and workflows that enable scale across distributed contributors
  • Define and track documentation efficiency metrics (time-to-first-success, support deflection, developer happiness) to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with Manager on strategic direction while owning day-to-day technical leadership, operational decisions, and multi-functional influence
