Responsibilities

  • Work independently or collaboratively with internal teams (Client Success, Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, Network, Content Services, Product, Engineering, etc.) and clients to resolve concerns, issues, and questions in a professional and timely manner, meeting or exceeding KPI targets
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with primary and technical contacts at client sites
  • Provide Critical Incident (REDS) coverage as part of a rotational team schedule
  • Participate in or lead client meetings and demonstrate detailed technical knowledge of Bazaarvoice products, providing best practices guidance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Perform team-specific technical training when needed
  • Provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to clients, going above and beyond within scope while setting clear expectations
  • Represent the Tech Success team in kick-off meetings for new Support clients or existing clients transitioning to higher support packages
  • Take an empathetic approach to addressing client issues, regardless of the issue's nature or cause
