Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related field; post-graduate degree/certification in finance or a related field a plus
5+ years experience as business/systems analyst or related role, with expertise in Agile delivery environments
Financial services industry knowledge and experience vital, investment management and/or wealth management domain knowledge a plus
Strong analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivery on complex technology projects
Thrive in a global, team-based environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization
Willingness to dive in and understand code for analysis and support purposes
Able to understand the technology and software architecture of an application
Ability to take sophisticated features and break them into stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria
Self-driven individual who possesses excellent business acumen and continually strives to advance quality excellence

Responsibilities

Facilitating requirement sessions with business partners and articulating business requirements
Working within the technology organization to deliver new features/functionality
Working in partnership with Strategic Advisors business stakeholders, Squad team members, Product Area Leader to understand the product vision and challenges
Working with technology counterparts to deliver innovative, cost effective, architecturally aligned, and timely solutions
Demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and Agile leadership principles to sustain and evolve innovative agile culture
Driving analysis, design, and support for investment management solutions that help investment managers achieve outstanding performance and end-customers achieve their financial goals
Collaborating with the technology and business teams to deliver high quality solutions to achieve business goals and address challenges
Bringing curiosity and a questioning mind-set to work, asking about the "why" and the "value" of new features/enhancements
Helping the team grow by mentoring junior systems analysts when opportunities arise
Contributing to the platform with a sense of ownership and team-oriented work style
Enabling squad to deliver high quality features by capturing work clearly and concisely
