Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, business, or similar area of study
Experience in supply planning, procurement, or inventory management to manage procurement processes, monitor inventory levels, and resolve supply issues effectively
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Team Player and Collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

Oversee SKU procurement, purchase orders, and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization
Monitor goods in transit, resolve supply issues, and manage blocked or slow-moving stock
Participate in KPI reporting (Inventory, Delivery, Revenue, OTD PSP) and continuous improvement initiatives
Negotiate, procure and schedule the best possible orders for all finished goods on a timely and planned basis
Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as customer service, sales, planner, finance, supplier and manufacturing plant
Review forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to support revenue estimates monthly revenue roll up
