Requirements

Candidates should have prior team management experience with direct reports and a BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting is required, along with experience in hardware development and manufacturing processes. Prior experience working with contract manufacturers is preferred. Strong references that demonstrate the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and engineers, as well as proficiency in project management tools, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager will manage a team of Technical Program Managers and work with department leaders to translate corporate strategy into detailed product roadmaps and deliverables. They will define and track resource requirements with cross-functional leaders and Finance teams, ensure clear communication of team deliverables, and establish standard reports for stakeholders on program status. The role involves identifying risks, ensuring transparency of problems, supporting key decisions across engineering, finance, and strategy, and setting agendas to eliminate bottlenecks.
