Requirements

Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in a related field and deep expertise in C++. Experience with multi-threading, distributed real-time systems, sensor simulation, rendering pipeline, asset pipeline, and CPU/GPU performance optimization is preferred. Strong knowledge of simulation traffic modeling and behavior is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior/Staff Software Engineer will architect and develop core simulation foundations, including the core simulator framework and communication framework. They will also be responsible for populating simulated roads with intelligent participants, developing a Python platform for large-scale generation of autonomous driving scenarios, and building a scenario editor for effective scenario creation. Additionally, they will develop realistic simulations for sensors and optimize the 3D simulator for end-to-end driving software simulation.
