Candidates must possess a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with over 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is essential, alongside extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and distributed computing frameworks such as Spark or Kubernetes. A proven history of implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, strong skills in model optimization, version control, CI/CD practices for machine learning, and excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities are also required.
The Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer will own the entire lifecycle of machine learning projects, including data collection, preprocessing, model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production. This role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines for model development and deployment at scale, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models that meet production requirements. The engineer will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design and deploy machine learning systems, continuously monitor and improve model performance, and leverage distributed computing and cloud platforms for efficient data processing. Staying current with advancements in machine learning and software engineering practices is also a key responsibility.
