  • Lead full cycle recruiting: develop pipelines of qualified candidates for present and future openings
  • Source candidates through various databases and LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques
  • Cultivate 6-10 hires a quarter
  • Deliver "Best in Class" candidate experience: develop effective and creative outreach strategies
  • Ensure every candidate has an excellent experience with the Polly team
  • Drive internal alignment: communicate persuasively in writing and over the phone to candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
  • Ensure organized, accurate, and effective communication throughout the recruiting process
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and laws in recruiting and hiring
