Experience partnering directly with hiring managers, execs, and People teams to shape role definitions and hiring strategy

Responsibilities

Lead full cycle recruiting: develop pipelines of qualified candidates for present and future openings
Source candidates through various databases and LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques
Cultivate 6-10 hires a quarter
Deliver "Best in Class" candidate experience: develop effective and creative outreach strategies
Ensure every candidate has an excellent experience with the Polly team
Drive internal alignment: communicate persuasively in writing and over the phone to candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
Ensure organized, accurate, and effective communication throughout the recruiting process
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and laws in recruiting and hiring
