Candidates need 8+ years of experience as an AI/Software Engineer coding in Python and/or C++ with AI libraries and GPUs, experience profiling and optimizing model training/inference on GPUs, and developing/optimizing GPU kernels for deep learning focusing on GEMM and attention kernels.
