Requirements

Deep technical expertise in end-to-end quality engineering across mobile, web, backend, and data platforms
Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for frontend (web & mobile), backend services, APIs, and databases
Experience implementing industry best practices in manual and automated testing for product quality, reliability, scalability, and performance
Skills in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects with a data-driven approach
Expertise in AI-based testing techniques, including AI-assisted test case generation, test data creation, predictive defect modeling, intelligent risk-based testing, autonomous regression execution, and dynamic test-suite prioritization

Ability to evaluate and implement emerging AI-driven QA tools
Proficiency in designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, REST Assured, and other tools
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for iOS, Android apps, and services
Skills in building self-service tooling for test execution, reporting, and analysis
Expertise in analyzing performance metrics and conducting load, stress, chaos, and security testing
Ability to provide actionable insights for performance tuning and system hardening, and lead root cause analysis
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with developers, product managers, DevOps, and design teams

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases across frontend (web & mobile), backend services, APIs, and databases
Implement best practices in manual and automated testing to ensure product quality, reliability, scalability, and performance
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies with a proactive, data-driven approach to prevention and improvement
Introduce and operationalize AI-based testing techniques, including AI-assisted test case generation, test data creation, predictive defect modeling, ML-powered risk-based testing, autonomous regression, and dynamic test-suite prioritization
Integrate AI code analysis, anomaly detection, and observability insights into quality workflows
Evaluate and implement emerging AI-driven QA tools to evolve the quality engineering ecosystem
Champion an AI-first quality culture through experimentation, learning, and collaboration across teams
Design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, REST Assured, and other tools
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for fast, reliable deployments on iOS/Android apps and services
Build tooling for developer self-service in test execution, reporting, and analysis
Analyze application performance metrics and conduct load, stress, chaos, and security testing
