Requirements

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, demonstrates a track record of delivering quality code in a team, and has the ability to mentor others and influence technical decisions.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the development of moderately complex features and drive technical initiatives from design to deployment. They will collaborate with Product, Design, and Architecture teams to create technical solutions aligned with strategic goals. Responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, building robust integration and unit tests, and investigating and resolving production issues. The engineer will also lead root cause analyses, implement reliability improvements, support on-call rotations, contribute to post-incident reviews, and champion best practices in code reviews and team processes within a fast-paced, iterative environment.
