Relevant education, training, certification, or equivalent professional experience in a related field

Responsibilities

Daily analyzing and designing reliable & scalable Engineering solutions
Guiding the team to bring solid software to production
Collaborating with product, design and architecture
Critically reviewing and documenting architectural decisions, and able to defend & discuss proposals with managers and teammates
Providing technical context and finding key points to guide the best decisions
Bringing fresh views on frontend, backend and software strategies
Design scalable & maintainable solutions to absorb the significant usage growth
Enforcing best practices, advocating for clean code and helping others succeed through Engineering review processes
