The base salary range for US candidates is $160,000 - $190,000.
The position is listed as Remote, with a Work From Anywhere policy allowing work from anywhere in the world for 4 weeks each year. Employees in the NYC area are asked to work from the SoHo office three days a week, with Tuesdays and Thursdays as core in-office days.
Required experience includes at least 2 years as an infrastructure team member or SRE, 2 years as a software engineer, AWS usage, success in on-call rotations, SRE/SWE supporting production workloads at scale, CI/CD, Linux systems & networking, observability tooling, and relational databases like Postgres. Familiarity with Rust, Typescript, Golang, Python, or Javascript is needed.
