Requirements
- Expertise in Haskell and functional programming.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team (Haskell, mobile, backend, data science, product management).
- Understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Commitment to operational excellence through code reviews, QA, and production monitoring.
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own substantial workstreams, including new user-facing features and improvements to existing services.
- Collaborate with a team of Haskellers, mobile, backend, and data science practitioners to create and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Contribute to platform architectural decisions and enhance the team’s decision-making capabilities.
- Build and maintain internal administrative applications supporting the technology platform.
- Participate in and lead code reviews, quality assurance, and production monitoring to achieve operational excellence.
- Take personal responsibility for achieving and maintaining Engineering momentum, prioritizing security, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.
