5+ years of industry experience is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and libraries like React.js, Typescript
Strong experience in back-end technologies such as Java/Golang, preferably Golang
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL/Postgresql) and version control systems
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Knowledge of cloud services is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain software that powers Ninja Van's complex logistics operations
Own the architecture and implementation of major initiatives, modules and entire products
Work in cross functional teams with product managers, UX designers and QA engineers to ship software on-quality and on-time
Implement APIs and integrate third-party services
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team collaboration sessions
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development
