Requirements

3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, defining project scope, setting technical direction, and guiding complex projects from concept to launch
10+ years of hands-on experience designing and building robust, scalable full-stack web applications
Significant proficiency with modern web technologies, including: Frontend: TypeScript, React, and NodeJS; Backend: Experience developing distributed services with languages like Java, Python, or Go

Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and designers to shape the future product direction and deliver meaningful value to customers
Design and build the next generation of user experiences and backend services for the Snowflake Marketplace, ensuring a reliable and highly performant platform
Be the primary owner of the technical roadmap for the team, identify key architectural challenges, propose innovative solutions, and lead their execution
Mentor and coach junior engineers, champion best practices, and lead by example in coding, testing, and system design to elevate engineering culture
Help shape and grow the team, providing opportunities for technical or management career track growth
