Requirements
Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web applications, and a deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem. Strong experience in API design, security, and performance optimization is required, along with familiarity with Next.js and WebSockets. Experience within a large technology organization or fast-growing startup, and hands-on experience in consumer payments, crypto, or fintech mobile applications, is also necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using React, setting the standard for high-quality code and leading complex software systems development. You will significantly influence technical decisions, contribute to technical strategy discussions, and shape product/domain decisions. Furthermore, you will mentor junior and senior engineers, provide constructive feedback, master multiple technologies, stay ahead of the curve with new tools and trends, design and implement scalable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant systems, and drive process improvements. Finally, you will lead and collaborate on complex initiatives, and drive feedback and growth across teams.
