Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience building web applications, APIs, scalable and distributed systems
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with client side libraries such as React JS or Vue JS
  • Fluent in TypeScript, JavaScript and not afraid to take on other new technologies
  • Experience with Next.js
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus
  • Experience with service-oriented and microservice architectures
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficient at using appropriate security, testing, documentation, and/or monitoring best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update responsive web pages and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in existing applications
  • Influence without authority to own and deliver complete features, including design, architecture, implementation, testability and deployment
  • Design and contribute to APIs that can support user experiences on web applications
  • Provide feedback pertaining to technical designs, proposals and code
  • Collaborate with and engineers while also conducting code reviews to ensure consistent design patterns are being applied
