Excellent communication & collaboration: Comfortable in fully remote environment, using tools like GitHub, Notion, Slack, Linear, Datadog, IDE; prioritize focus time but join calls when needed; own work end-to-end from design docs to customer debugging
Strong problem-solving and coding skills: Value designing solutions to customer problems, from researching use cases, writing design documents, to implementing clean solutions
Hands-on experience with infrastructure: Comfortable with on-call rotation or observability tools, understanding incidents or service degradation
Pragmatism: Balance “perfect” with “good enough” as individual and team member
Modern cloud experience: Built and run apps on Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure; familiar with Docker, IaC (Terraform or OpenTofu), modern CI/CD pipelines

Comfortable with startup life: Shipping constantly, debugging customer issues, evolving roadmap, managing uncertainty, working across stack
