Requirements

Highly skilled and experienced in Linux kernel development and device drivers, including multimedia subsystems and networking (WLAN, LAN, BLE, BT5.0)
Expertise in system bring-up activities, including bootloader configuration, board support package (BSP) development, and low-level debugging
Proficiency in integrating and optimizing hardware components such as USB, PCIe, I2C-connected peripherals, and Ethernet interfaces
Experience in developing diagnostics and health monitoring solutions for system reliability, predictive maintenance, and fault detection
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot low-level system issues, particularly in high-speed data buses and network connectivity
Knowledge of supporting manufacturing and production processes, including hardware validation, firmware flashing, and end-of-line testing
Capability to work closely with hardware teams for validation and debugging of platform issues
Experience defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and improving software stability, performance, and maintainability
Willingness to work hybrid in Austin, TX, reporting to the office three times per week at minimum

Responsibilities
