Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in system software or firmware areas
Demonstrated ability in system bringup, debugging, and handling complex hardware and software issues
Strong understanding of end-to-end stack and server system architecture
Expertise in Out of Band and In-band management architectures
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a diverse team of engineers
Track record of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Spearhead the debug, bringup, and triage of bugs during CSP’s server system bringup
Collaborate closely with matrix teams to work on firmware and software across the entire stack
Work directly with major customers to solve complex technical issues
Refine and stabilize solutions to ensure flawless integration of server products in large-scale data centers
Improve performance and reliability of data center systems
Work closely with product experience and documentation teams to ensure true customer delight
