Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in system software or firmware areas
  • Demonstrated ability in system bringup, debugging, and handling complex hardware and software issues
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end stack and server system architecture
  • Expertise in Out of Band and In-band management architectures
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a diverse team of engineers
  • Track record of delivering high-quality, innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the debug, bringup, and triage of bugs during CSP’s server system bringup
  • Collaborate closely with matrix teams to work on firmware and software across the entire stack
  • Work directly with major customers to solve complex technical issues
  • Refine and stabilize solutions to ensure flawless integration of server products in large-scale data centers
  • Improve performance and reliability of data center systems
  • Work closely with product experience and documentation teams to ensure true customer delight
