Requirements

  • Previous experience in scripting and library or application development, especially in a customer-focused business environment
  • Understanding both technical and business requirements and impacts
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, for both internal and client audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and accountability and ownership of real-world outcomes
  • Project or operations experience (not necessarily technical) is beneficial
  • Experience with data processing and understanding database design principles is a strong plus
  • Python, Django, Pandas/Polars, Postgres, AWS experience are helpful but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, test, and deploy code relating to various aspects of the conversion process, including data intake and transformation, developer tooling and UI, concurrency and automation, and bespoke scripting
  • Work with clients to understand their business rules and with internal teams to plan and execute conversion projects on schedule and within scope
  • Verify the accuracy and integrity of converted data, ensuring it functions correctly in the Narmi platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues of various complexity that arise throughout the conversion process, while demonstrating strong ownership and accountability
  • Work within the framework of wider implementation projects, ensuring conversion tasks are kept on track, with timely delivery of high-quality results
