Requirements

Candidates are required to have 5+ years of experience writing production software and at least 2+ years focused on ML platform or infrastructure. Expertise in Python, including asynchronous programming, typing, packaging, and performance optimization, is essential, along with working knowledge of Golang for systems components. Proven experience with one or more serving frameworks such as vLLM, Triton, or TorchServe is needed, as well as a solid understanding of distributed systems, networking, and container security.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining low-latency serving stacks for in-house ML model serving and integrating with LLM serving partners, automating training pipelines with MLOps practices, optimizing model serving at scale through techniques like caching and autoscaling, building reusable SDKs and templates for independent model deployment, and raising the bar by implementing deep observability and mentoring engineers on production ML best practices.
