Requirements

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science
4-7 years of experience
Experience with Kotlin & Java with a solid understanding of Android SDK
Experience with React Native and hybrid app development
Experience with UI/UX design
Experience with third-party libraries, SDKs, and APIs
Understanding of mobile security and performance optimization
Experience with consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and MVVM/MVC frameworks
Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Cognito, SNS, API Gateway)
Knowledge of Jetpack Compose
Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
Knowledge of Unit testing and UI testing frameworks with strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Knowledge and experience in Regulatory and compliance standards similar to IEC62304, HIPAA Data Privacy, FIPS

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java
Maintain cross-platform apps using React Native, working with third-party libraries, SDKs, and APIs
Implement and maintain AWS cloud services and solutions for mobile apps
Optimize applications for performance, quality, and responsiveness
Translate requirements into design and implementation
Understand Software and System requirements
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and team meetings
Design, develop, and document solutions on Android
Create UI/UX design elements to implement functional and appealing user interfaces
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
Work with multi-disciplinary team and global R&D group including System Engineers, developers, and global peers to create design strategy
