3+ years of development experience with at least 2 years of native iOS experience
Practical experience building iOS applications in Swift
Solid understanding of computer science and engineering fundamentals
Effective communication skills to collaborate across distances and experience levels, and ability to disagree constructively
Stay on top of iOS community trends and continuously seek ways to improve products
Passion for well-architected, clean, well-written code
Experience with running experiments and experimentation frameworks (a plus)

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex, technical projects that impact the home-buying and selling process
Collaborate with teammates by reviewing code, writing documentation, refining best practices, and building maintainable and testable codebases
Work closely with product and design teams to understand user and business needs
Drive the team forward in iOS best practices and design principles, incorporating industry trends where applicable
Use approved AI code generation tools to document, architect, and create code
Obsess over improving user experience, including collaborating on beautiful products and addressing performance bottlenecks
Support infrastructure to ensure the app is fast and stable
Build features for customers to interact with the home buying experience on the move
