Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, primarily with Python, and ideally possess an advanced degree (Bachelor’s / Master’s) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, or equivalent industry experience. They should also have 2+ years of NLP problem-solving experience, proficiency in Applied LLM, developing and deploying NLP/LLM solutions using frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, and backend web frameworks like FastAPI, and familiarity with experimenting with Open Source and Commercial LLMs like Llama, Claude, and a deep understanding of Prompt Engineering. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will deploy LLM-based production-grade solutions, fine-tune and adapt SOTA LLMs for specialized data extraction tasks, develop innovative prompting strategies and architectures to maximize performance on confidential business documents, solve Engineering challenges related to LLM solutions such as high latency and non-deterministic output, implement and scale data extraction pipelines capable of processing high volumes of complex documents with high accuracy and efficiency, and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into machine learning architectures. They will also own systems end-to-end, including design, code, monitoring, observability, for Engineering Projects and training, testing, deployment, and iteration for model training projects.
