3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
Comfortable creating new user experiences
Experience building solid abstractions and spinning up infrastructure
Track record of designing and building systems
Ability to discuss tradeoffs between stability, scalability, and maintainability
Experience with Typescript, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Postgres (or ability to ramp up quickly)
