Requirements

Candidates must have a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and fluency in C++. They should possess extensive experience with programming and algorithm design, along with an understanding of vehicle kinematics. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field is required, with a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering being a bonus qualification. Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will create principled algorithmic improvements to specific areas of driving behavior and implement those changes in the code base. They will collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies and intelligent behaviors to mitigate performance degradation under various failure modes of the system. Additionally, they will architect and implement scalable solutions ensuring seamless integration with the rest of the driving stack and partner with validation teams to define and execute tests for developed algorithms.
