Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of production-level experience in building, delivering, and maintaining distributed services architecture at scale, along with a degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. They should be proficient in Go, Java 8, Python, Git, Cassandra, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, and AWS Cloud.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products, designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale services. They will take ownership and accountability for deliverables, triage system issues and debug by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on service operations, mentor other engineers, and constantly re-evaluate the product to improve architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and stability. Furthermore, they will partner with product teams to build solutions on the Asset Graph platform.
