Requirements

5+ years of experience developing production applications, ideally in Go or Java
Hands-on experience with machine learning platforms and workflows (training, inference, and deployment)
Proficiency with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost and PyTorch
Experience building batch inference pipelines and online model serving systems
Practical knowledge of designing and supporting Feature Store systems
Strong background in building orchestration systems for training and automating workflows
Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, GitLab) and best practices

Responsibilities

Design and build backend services in Go on AWS to support high-scale AI/ML workloads
Develop and enhance core ML systems—including Feature Store, Experimentation Platform, and Model Deployment pipelines—with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability
Partner closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers across multiple domains to deliver end-to-end solutions
Drive infrastructure optimization and automation, improving system scalability, reliability, and developer velocity
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with product and business goals
