Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing production applications, ideally in Go or Java
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning platforms and workflows (training, inference, and deployment)
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost and PyTorch
  • Experience building batch inference pipelines and online model serving systems
  • Practical knowledge of designing and supporting Feature Store systems
  • Strong background in building orchestration systems for training and automating workflows
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, GitLab) and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design and build backend services in Go on AWS to support high-scale AI/ML workloads
  • Develop and enhance core ML systems—including Feature Store, Experimentation Platform, and Model Deployment pipelines—with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability
  • Partner closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers across multiple domains to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Drive infrastructure optimization and automation, improving system scalability, reliability, and developer velocity
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with product and business goals
