Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for native mobile applications, including functional, smoke, and regression testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product engineering, product marketing, quality, and systems) to define testing objectives, scope, and deliverables
Determine required level of testing based on software requirements and develop test plans and protocols in accordance with regulatory environments
Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test frameworks and scripts for front-end (mobile/web), back-end, and performance testing
Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines are robust and reliable, driving their implementation and maintenance
Develop technologies across iOS, Android, and Web, paired with continuous build and test with various system tools
Drive comprehensive testing efforts for non-functional aspects including scalability, responsiveness, stability, robustness, fault tolerance, performance bottlenecks, security testing, and reliability tests
Work closely with development, operations, and architecture teams to understand system architecture and design, ensuring end-to-end product functionality pre and post-release
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the testing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Partner with software development as part of agile processes (implied from context)
