Requirements

  • Experience between 3-7 years
  • Good knowledge in writing Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Dynamic queries
  • Good exposure to large size databases (more than 5 TB) with high concurrency
  • Experience in Error handling, Debugging, error logging for production support
  • Must Have Skills: ASP.Net, C#, MVC, LINQ, WebAPI, MS SQL Server
  • Additional skills: Git, IIS, RabbitMQ, Redis
  • Knowledge in Azure migration/deployment
  • Knowledge in DevOps Integration
  • Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/BSc/MSc Computer Science from a reputed institute
  • Certification in ASP.Net, C#, MVC, LINQ, WebAPI, or MS SQL Server (preferred)
  • Nice to Have: Finance background, Worked with financial institute of BFSI, Knowledge in Finance Instruments
  • Strong debugging skills, good communication skills, good team player

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of production support & software developers in handling user queries
  • Monitor the client reports delivery scheduler batch process and provide minor fixes or escalate issues
  • Be the first point of contact for all user queries and reported issues and work with different teams to resolve the issues
  • Write small scripts/programs to automate minor repeatable support related tasks
  • Read source code, debug, and identify issues; perform log analysis along with code while debugging production issues
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals
  • Attend Client calls, understand business requirements, and provide solutions
