Responsibilities

  • Introduce and maintain processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to understand the domain of the software problem and/or functionality, the interfaces between hardware and software, and the overall software characteristics
  • Apply knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing
  • Engage with Systems teams on development, testing, and deployment technologies for developing automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Facilitate collaboration among different experts and across toolchains to realize process efficiency
  • Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities
  • Respond to scope changes and code software enhancements, including cloud-based or internet-related tools
