Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Up to 2 years of work experience
  • Some work experience within operations, preferably within finance or banking
  • Some understanding of the securities market and role of clearing house
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Excellent communication and client orientation skills
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently, as well as collaborate closely with team members and other collaborators, in a service-minded manner
  • Ready to learn new things, be flexible and navigate efficiently through various tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work both in team and independently

Responsibilities

  • Operation of exchange, collateral management and clearing systems on INET, Genium INET, NDTS, NFITS platforms
  • Nasdaq exchange and clearing members’ technical setup request handling
  • Technical implementation of different types of Member Events (onboarding, membership change, termination etc.)
  • Participation in various business and regulatory driven improvement projects
  • Maintenance of internal knowledge database
  • Follow standard procedures to complete own processes, transactions or requests
  • Manage processes, systems, transactions upon request from customers
  • Use daily customer interactions to cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Understand different types of securities and how trading, clearing and settlement is conducted
  • Understand overall goal and contribution of own focus area and know different systems required to perform qualitative system testing and support all types of customer requests
