Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong experience in Agile project delivery and hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, values, practices, and applications; familiarity with other Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, etc.) is a plus
Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and Agile engineering practices
Strong communication, servant leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Support and coach team members in Scrum practices and principles
Identify, track, and help the team remove impediments that impact productivity
Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions
Help establish estimation and forecasting practices that maintain predictable delivery
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is refined and prioritized
Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a healthy team dynamic
Track and report on team metrics and continuously improve processes
Coach stakeholders in effectively interacting with Scrum teams
Encourage engineering best practices within the development team
Encourage self-organization and cross-functionality within the team
Support organizational agile transformation efforts
Work closely with Product Owners and business leads to refine and prioritize user stories specific to SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, PP)
