Requirements

Equivalent experience, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Strong knowledge of business systems processes, models, and design requirements as well as workflow design
Strong knowledge of technical risks, workflow/business process analysis and engineering/quality processes and potential impact on other areas
Ability to solve problems with detailed oversight or interaction
Ability to solve routine problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures
Servant leader focused on improving team dynamics to generate organizational value
SAFe Scrum Master certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile / Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
Coach the Development team in self-organization and cross-functionality
Help the Development team to create high-value products
Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum team
Escalate and track key team metrics
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and streamlining information
Ensure the team is aligned to both its team and program objectives and is making progress towards delivering them
Facilitate discussions between the business and the technology team members
Coach the Scrum team in Scrum practices
